My teams: your teams at a glance, and asking a club for access
Coaches
Coaches and club staff start on My teams: each team's next fixture, the state of its team sheet and quick actions. No access yet? Ask the club.
- Act as your coach profile and choose Team Management in your sidebar or under the Apps button (or My teams (coaching) on your dashboard); the club portal opens at My teams. If you help at several clubs, each club is listed with its teams.
- Each team shows its next fixture (date, kick-off, opponent, home or away), whether the fixture is published, and the state of its team sheet: none yet, draft, locked, published or taken back. Its last result is shown too.
- Quick actions take you straight to the work: Squad, Team sheet, Open in MRC app (once the team sheet is published) and Statistics, and View report for the last confirmed match. You see only the actions your role allows; a "Match recorder only" seat sees just the MRC app and the team's matches.
- Listed as an approved coach of a club but without a staff seat there? My teams says so, and shows the team roles that club gave you, such as Head Coach of its 1st XV: that is its coaching staff list, not access. Under Ask your club for access each club that lists you has an Ask for access button. The club's administrators and managers get a notification with your display name; nothing else about you is sent.
- You can withdraw an open request at any time. If the club declines, you can ask again after 14 days. Only adults can ask, acting as their coach profile.
- Club Administrators and club managers see the request on the Coaches tab, on that coach's Team management line, and under Coaches asking for access in Staff & roles (the notification leads there); Coach requests counts it. To grant it, press Offer access, choose the teams and send the invitation; the request then reads "Access offered" and the coach accepts it under My club roles. Or press Decline.
- Asking gives you nothing by itself: you get access only when the club offers it and you accept, like any invitation.
