Match recorder only: a seat that just records matches

Let somebody record a team's matches in the MRC app without giving them its squad, fixtures or team sheets.

1. A Club Administrator or club manager opens the team sheet of one of the team's fixtures and, in the Who may pick dialog, under Match recorders, switches on "<name>: Match recorder only" for a member of that team's staff. Team staff cannot change it, for themselves or anybody else.
2. For that team the person can only record, sync and confirm matches in the MRC app, and see the team's matches and reports. They do not set the fixture's result: the club's staff enter it in Fixtures. They cannot see or change the squad, the fixtures or the team sheets, and do not see the player pool.
3. The MRC app uses only the published team sheet, so the recorder starts from the line-up the coaches published.
4. Switch it off to give the person their full team-staff role for that team again. Every change is in the club's activity log.

• Like every staff seat, it is for adults with a coach profile, invited and accepted through Staff & roles. The setting is per team: the same person can be full staff for one team and a recorder for another.
