What is public, and what stays private until you approve?

FAQs

Nobody sees your name, club, town or contact details — or a player's pictures — until you approve them.

  1. Public to everybody: your display name, age (U18 for under-18s), positions, country, skills and bio, and from 18 also your height, weight and region. Under 18, those three are shown only to clubs, to verified coaches and to those you have approved.
  2. Private until you approve: real name, town, club, nationality, standard, availability, contact details, history, achievements, video, a player's pictures, and a player's or coach's documents.
  3. Approval is one club or coach at a time. Approving one does not approve any other.
  4. Every request, decision and every time an approved club opens your profile is in your access log (Account → privacy).
  • A coach aged 18 or over may choose to show their current club and availability — only those two — to everyone.
  • A club's name, town, league, standard, colours, bio, pictures and documents are public; its facilities, honours, history and contact person are shown only to the members it approved.
