When a club or coach asks for your details

You decide, one club or coach at a time: approve, decline or simply ignore it — and you can withdraw later.

1. A request arrives as a message in Messages, with a note saying who is asking and why. It also appears in Notifications.
2. Approve: first you are shown exactly what that club or coach will see — name, club, contact details, history, pictures, documents — and you confirm. Only they see it. Nobody else does.
3. Decline: they see nothing more. They can ask once more, but not until 30 days after you said no. (If you withdraw an approval instead, they may ask again straight away.)
4. Ignore: nothing happens. You are not obliged to answer.
5. To take an approval back, open the conversation (or My connections) and press Withdraw, then confirm. It stops at once.
