Two-step sign-in for Club Administrators and managers
Clubs
A passkey or an authenticator app is required to manage a club; team staff are strongly encouraged to use one.
- Club Administrators and club managers — the club's owner included — need a passkey or an authenticator app on their account before Staff & roles opens. An emailed code is not enough.
- Set one up under Account → Sign-in and security, then come back. The page tells you when it is needed.
- Adding, promoting, demoting or removing an administrator or a manager also asks you to confirm it is you, with your passkey, your app or a recovery code.
- Team staff can work without one, but we strongly recommend it: they see their team's information.
