The club's activity log
Clubs
Who did what at your club, newest first: kept for 24 months and never editable. The whole log is for the club's owner and its super administrators.
- Open the club portal and choose Activity.
- The database itself writes each entry: invitations (with the role, permissions and teams offered), acceptances, changes of role, permissions or teams (what they were before and after), removals, settings and exports; changes to teams, the club profile, adverts, applications and coach requests; invoice downloads; squad, fixture, team sheet and match actions; and changes to the club's administrator limit.
- It also notes when somebody with a role at the club opens the club portal (at most once every 8 hours each), and when they try something their permissions do not allow (at most once per kind of attempt every 10 minutes). Attempts by people with no role at the club are never shown to the club: they go to our own audit log.
- Nobody — not the club, not us — can edit or delete an entry; entries older than 24 months are removed. Filter by kind of change or by team, and press Show older for more.
- The club's owner and its super administrators (Club Administrators with All teams and Manage Permissions) see the whole log. Everybody else sees the entries about the teams they cover, the changes they made themselves and the entries about their own seat.
- Each entry keeps a shortened address of the connection it came from (only its network part, for example 203.0.113.0/24), shown only to the owner and super administrators and removed after 6 months. The full address is kept only in our own security logs.
- Our Site Administrators can read a club's whole log for support, only after writing down why; every such look is recorded in our audit log.
