I was signed out

Troubleshooting

After 30 minutes without activity you are signed out (15 minutes for staff).

1. Two minutes before, a message offers "Stay signed in".
2. A page left open does not count as activity: checking for new messages in the background does not keep you signed in.
3. Closing the browser also ends your session.
4. However active you are, a session ends after 90 days — for staff, after 12 hours — and you sign in again.
5. You may also have signed yourself out from another device ("Sign out everywhere else"), or changed your password.
