A young player's full name on shared team sheets

Outside the club, players under 18 appear as first name and initial, unless a parent or guardian agrees to the full name.

1. On a team sheet, a player under 18 is marked "First name + initial outside the club". A Club Administrator presses Ask parent next to a registered player.
2. We email the parent or guardian the player gave when joining (never an address the club types), in the child's language, with a link that works once for 14 days.
3. If they agree, the full name may appear on what the club shares until the end of the season. Their confirmation email has a link to withdraw at any time.
4. For a temporary player (no account), a Club Administrator records a parent's paper consent in Squads instead.
5. You can ask again after 3 days, and after a no only when 30 days have passed.

• The rule is applied by the database whenever an export is made, so no screen or file can show more.
