FAQs

Players are free for ever. Coaches and clubs are free during the Launch Promotion; once billing is activated they pay a yearly subscription. Every profile card says what applies today.

1. The profile cards on the home and join pages say what each profile costs, in the words set in Administration: during the Launch Promotion a coach or club card says "Currently FREE", with the yearly price that applies once subscriptions are activated. Learn more (on the join page, "What's included, and what it costs") and the pages /for-coaches and /for-clubs give the details. A price may be your country's, in its currency ("Price for …"), and a coming change is shown with its date.
2. On the Subscription page, choose your price if there is more than one and type a promotion code if you have one: you see the usual price struck through, the reduced one, the saving and the offer's last day before you pay. If your profile is free until a date, you may pay early: your paid year starts when the free time ends.
3. You pay on our payment provider's own page; we never see your card details. The invoice is emailed as a PDF.
4. My plan (account menu) shows what your plan includes and leads to your subscription and invoices; "Stop it renewing" keeps every day you have paid for.
5. If a subscription lapses, the profile leaves the directory and nothing is deleted; paying again puts it back.
6. Renewing is paid at the price at the time you renew. We email you 30 and 7 days before a paid year ends, and 14 and 3 days before free time ends if you will pay after it.

• The Subscription item only appears in your menu when subscriptions are switched on for your kind of profile.
• Joined during the Launch Promotion? Your profile stays free when billing starts unless we first email you the day your free time ends — 14 days and again 3 days before it. Players never pay.
