Troubleshooting

Send the reference shown on the message to support.

1. The message shows a reference, like Hre_YgYdpOFP.
2. Open Contact support, choose "Something is broken" and send it with what you were doing.
3. Never send your password or a sign-in code — we will never ask for them.
