Deleting your account

FAQs

We email you a code; your profile disappears at once and everything is erased after 30 days.

1. Open Account settings and press "Delete my profile". Type the name it asks for.
2. Enter the code we email you. If you have a passkey or an authenticator app, you confirm it is you with that (or a recovery code) instead.
3. Your profile disappears immediately, every approval is withdrawn, and everything is permanently erased after 30 days.
4. Signing in during those 30 days cancels the deletion.

• If you have paid for a subscription, the law requires us to keep the invoice for seven years.
