Adverts, applications, teams and coaches, in one place for your club.

1. The portal opens from Club Management in your sidebar and under the Apps button once your club's profile is live.
2. Applications: filter by advert or status, move each one through New, Reviewing, Shortlisted, Declined or Accepted, and keep a private note. Accepting or declining asks you to confirm first. The applicant is told of each change in your conversation.
3. Coaches: approve or decline coaches who ask to join your staff, and give them a role on a team. A team role is the coaching staff list on your public page and gives no rights. The Team management line under each coach shows whether they can manage teams (team sheets, squad, fixtures), have an invitation waiting or have asked for access; Offer access, or the ticked box in Give a team, sends an invitation the coach accepts for themselves.
4. You see applicants' public profiles only; their details still need them to approve your request.

• Private notes are for your club only; our staff cannot open them in Administration. The platform owner can read the notes about one applicant only to answer that person's formal request for their data, and every such read is logged. So write each note as if the applicant might one day read it.
